A Future Frame Studios client dashboard

FFS Social Intelligence is the part of the Future Frame Studios client dashboard that handles social media. Plan a post once, approve it, publish it to each platform you use, and see how it performs, all in one place. It comes with the work Future Frame Studios does for its clients; it is not a public sign-up service.

When you connect an account, the platform's own sign-in screen shows our app name: Future Frame Studios.

What it does

  • Publish what you approve. Write a post once, adjust it for each platform, and schedule it. Nothing is published until a person authorized for that account approves it; for health-care clients, that person is the clinician who reviews the post.
  • See how it performs. Each platform's own numbers (such as views, engagement and follows), shown side by side for the accounts you connect.
  • Reply where it matters. Read comments on your posts and send the replies you write, on platforms that allow it. For health-care clients, comments are not collected.
  • Keep an eye on your field. Public numbers for accounts you choose to compare yourself with, on platforms that allow it.

Platforms

Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Google Business Profile. Each one becomes available after that platform approves our app.

How connecting works

  1. Sign in to your dashboard and open the Connections page.
  2. Choose Connect for a platform. You sign in on that platform's own screen and approve the permissions it shows. We never see or ask for your password.
  3. Choose which of your accounts to add to your dashboard.

You can disconnect any account at any time on the Connections page, or remove our access in the platform's own settings. When you disconnect, we stop using the access at once and delete the data we stored from that platform within 7 days. The Data Deletion page has the steps for each platform.

YouTube

FFS Social Intelligence uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos you approve to your channel (with their title, description, privacy setting, publish time, thumbnail, playlist and captions) and to show your channel's own YouTube Analytics. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. You can remove our access at any time on Google's security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Your data

We use the data from your connected accounts only to publish what you approve, to show your results in your own dashboard, to prepare analysis for you, and to keep the connection working. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. Each business's dashboard can be reached only with that business's own sign-ins and by the Future Frame Studios staff who provide our services to it. The details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
