Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Future Frame Studios website (futureframestudios.com), our client dashboard (dashboard.futureframestudios.com), and the software tools we operate that connect to other services, including FFS Social Intelligence, FFS Cartographer, and our Google tools (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Future Frame Studios ("we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are a client and have signed an agreement with us, that agreement governs the work we do for you, and it controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

The Services

  • The website describes our work and lets you contact us and book a call.
  • The client dashboard and FFS Social Intelligence are provided to our clients, and to the platform reviewers who evaluate our apps. Each client's dashboard can be reached only with that client's own sign-ins and by the Future Frame Studios staff who provide our services to that client. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for activity carried out under it.
  • Our tools act only for the person or business that authorizes them, through each service's own sign-in and consent screen, and only within the permissions approved there.

Connected social accounts

  • You connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Nothing is published through FFS Social Intelligence without a recorded approval from a person authorized for that account. For health-care clients, that person is the clinician who reviews the post.
  • You are responsible for the content you approve, and for having the rights to it, including any music, footage and images, and the permission of the people shown.
  • Your use of each platform through the Services is also subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
  • You can disconnect any account at any time on the Connections page of your dashboard, or remove our access in the platform's own settings. Our Data Deletion page explains how.
  • If you tell us you no longer want us to manage your Google Business Profile, we remove our access and return sole control of your Business Profile account to you within seven business days.

YouTube

Where the Services use YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies.

Google API services

Where the Services use Google APIs, that use is subject to the applicable Google terms, including the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, and to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions where the Google Ads tool is used. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to those requirements, including the Limited Use requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

  • You authorize the Services only for accounts you own or are permitted to use, and you are responsible for the activity carried out under your authorization.
  • You will not use the Services to violate any law, any third party's rights, or the terms of any connected service.
  • You will not use the Services to post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, or spam.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data through the Services.

Data and privacy

How we handle the information the Services collect and access is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Availability and changes

The Services are provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Frame Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to the use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
