Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
Future Frame Studios ("we", "us") is a studio in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, our client dashboard, and the software tools we run that connect to other services (Google, YouTube, Meta, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Google Business Profile), how we use it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
Our website
Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages are used. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through our pages, through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replays (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement). Our site also runs a Google Ads conversion linker, which can store information about ad clicks in cookies.
These services may use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies, and they receive details such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you found our site. Google and Microsoft handle this data under their own policies: the Google Privacy Policy (including how Google uses information from sites that use its services) and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cookie choices. Visitors outside the United States are asked first. Until you choose Accept, we tell Google Analytics, the Google Ads conversion linker and Microsoft Clarity not to use cookies (Clarity deletes any it set while the page was loading). Anyone can change their choice at any time with the Cookie choices link at the bottom of every page, and we remember it in your browser.
Inquiries and bookings. When you book a call, fill in a form, or email us, we receive what you give us (such as your name, email address, company, and what you would like to talk about). We use it to reply, to schedule, and to do the work you ask for. Bookings are added to our Google Calendar and confirmed by email.
We do not sell personal information.
Client dashboard
Our clients sign in to a private dashboard at dashboard.futureframestudios.com to review work, approve posts, and see results. The dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and to control access to your business's information. For each person who signs in, we keep their name, email address, a protected (hashed) form of their password, and a record of the reviews and approvals they make. Each business's dashboard can be reached only with that business's own sign-ins and by the Future Frame Studios staff who provide our services to that business.
FFS Social Intelligence (connected social accounts)
FFS Social Intelligence is the part of our dashboard that publishes a business's posts to its social accounts, shows how those posts perform side by side across the business's connected platforms, and compares the account with public accounts the business chooses to watch. It acts only for accounts that a person with the right to manage them connects on our Connections page, by signing in on the platform's own screen and approving the permissions shown there. We never ask for the password to your account. Connections open platform by platform, as each platform approves our app. More about the product: FFS Social Intelligence.
What we access
Through each platform's official API, and only after you approve:
- Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts (Meta): the Pages and linked Instagram accounts you choose; publishing the posts, photos, videos, Reels and first comments approved in the dashboard; reading comments on those posts and posting the replies you write; the account's performance numbers (such as views, follows and engagement); and, for public Instagram business and creator accounts you choose to watch, their public numbers and recent public posts (captions and links) through Instagram's Business Discovery.
- Threads: publishing approved posts and replies; reading replies to your posts; your account's performance numbers; and public profile and keyword information for accounts and topics you choose to watch.
- TikTok: publishing approved videos and photo posts; your account's profile and performance numbers; and comments on your posts, with the replies you write.
- YouTube: uploading approved videos with their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists and captions, and your channel's analytics.
- LinkedIn: publishing approved posts to the LinkedIn Page you manage (and to your own profile, if you choose); comments on those posts, with the replies you write; and Page and post statistics.
- Bluesky: publishing approved posts; and public counts (likes, reposts, replies and followers) for your account and for accounts you choose to watch.
- Google Business Profile: publishing approved updates, events and offers; reading reviews and posting the replies you write; and your profile's performance numbers (such as searches, map views, calls, website clicks and direction requests).
How we use it
Only to publish what an authorized person approved, to show performance and comparisons in the dashboard of the business that owns the connected account, to prepare analysis of that account's performance for that business, and to keep the connection working. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. Comments, reviews and other people's profile information are shown only inside the dashboard of the business they were written to. Our use of data from Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Threads) follows the Meta Platform Terms and Meta's Developer Policies.
Health-care clients. For clients in health care, we do not collect comments, reviews, or the names of the people who wrote them, we do not reply to them through the dashboard, and we never use the dashboard for patient information.
How long we keep it
- Access to a connected account (the platform's access token): destroyed within 7 days after you disconnect the account, or after you choose not to add an account found when you signed in.
- Your own account's data from the platform (performance numbers, and the platform's links and identifiers for posts made through the dashboard): kept only while it is needed to show you trends, and within each platform's limits. YouTube channel analytics may be kept while your authorization remains valid, and we confirm that authorization at least every 30 days. LinkedIn Page statistics are kept for at most one year, posts of a connected organization for six months, and its profile data for eight weeks. Google Business Profile data we store is kept for no more than 30 days and is not combined or aggregated, as Google's Business Profile API policies require. When the account is disconnected, our access to it is removed on the platform, or you ask us to delete its data, we delete the data we stored from that platform for the account within 7 days, as the platforms' terms require.
- Our own records: we keep our own record of who approved each post and when it was published, and counts of our own work (for example, how many posts we have published and for how many clients). These are our business records and contain no data from the platforms.
- Comments, and the public numbers and posts of accounts you watch: shown from the latest refresh and replaced at the next one, not archived.
- LinkedIn member information: kept no longer than LinkedIn allows (comment and reaction data for 48 hours at most; other members' profile information only in a 24-hour cache).
YouTube
Features of FFS Social Intelligence that use YouTube use YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. When you connect a YouTube channel, you approve the Future Frame Studios staff who provide our services to you as your agents, to view that channel's data and act on it in the dashboard for you.
You can remove our access to your YouTube data at any time on Google's security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. If you disconnect YouTube in our dashboard, we revoke our access right away and delete the YouTube data we stored for that channel within 7 days. If you remove our access in your Google Account instead, our daily connection check detects it and we delete that data within 7 days of the removal. If you ask us to delete the YouTube data we hold for your channel, we do so within 7 days. Deleting the data we hold does not delete videos or other content you published on YouTube; you manage those on YouTube itself.
Our Google tools
We operate command line and API tools that connect to Google services for the person who authorizes them through Google's consent screen, and only within the permissions approved there:
- Gmail: reading messages, organizing them (applying labels, archiving, moving to trash), and sending messages on the account holder's behalf.
- Google Calendar: reading and managing events.
- Google Chat: reading spaces and messages.
- Google Ads: keyword ideas, average monthly search volume, and competition data, for keyword and topic research only. These tools do not create, change, pause, or manage campaigns, ads, budgets, or accounts, and do not perform conversion tracking or remarketing.
- Basic profile information: name and email address, used only to identify the authorized account.
We read this data when an action is requested and do not keep a separate long-term copy of Gmail, Calendar, or Chat content beyond what is needed to complete that action.
Limited Use. Future Frame Studios' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. We do not allow any person to read it unless we have your affirmative agreement to view specific messages, files, or other data, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
You can revoke access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections. Revoking access stops all further access at once.
FFS Cartographer (Meta)
FFS Cartographer is our content-research tool. It has no consumer login and does not collect private messages or contact lists. It reads public information from professional accounts, which can include information about identifiable people. Through Meta's official API, and only for the professional account that authorizes it, it reads publicly available numbers (post captions, like counts and comment counts) of Instagram professional accounts in a chosen niche, through Instagram's Business Discovery, and the authorizing business's own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account (basic profile information and its own engagement numbers).
To show trends over time, it keeps dated snapshots of those public numbers in a private database on our own server. We use this information only to produce content-strategy analysis for Future Frame Studios and its clients. Our use of Meta data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Meta's Developer Policies.
Who we share it with
When you approve a post, we send it to the platform you chose to publish it on. Otherwise, we share information only with the service providers that run our systems, and only so they can do that work:
- Service providers that host our app, store its data, and help us prepare analysis and drafts. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
- Service providers for our email, calendar, task and approval tracking, and the website analytics described under "Our website".
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How we protect it
FFS Social Intelligence access tokens are encrypted the moment they arrive and can be opened only on our processing server. They are never stored in readable form on our web host, never placed in shared or synchronized storage, and never shown to anyone. Access tokens for our other tools are kept only on the machines that run them, never in shared or synchronized storage. Dashboard passwords are stored only as protected hashes. Each tool is given only the access it needs, and each business's dashboard is limited to that business's own sign-ins and the Future Frame Studios staff who serve it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you or your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@futureframestudios.com. Apart from the platform data limits above, we keep the information we hold about you or your business, including meeting notes and transcripts, as part of our records unless you ask us to delete it. On a written request, we delete it within 7 calendar days, except our own approval and publishing records (who approved each post and when it was published), records of deletion requests, records the law requires us to keep, and the footage, audio recordings, photographs and other media we capture or create for a project, with the project files used to make it, which remain our property under our client agreements. None of these retained records contain data from the platforms. Separately, the platforms' terms require us to delete their data in FFS Social Intelligence without being asked: when an account is disconnected or our access to it is removed, we delete the data we stored from that platform for the account as soon as we can, and within 7 calendar days. Backups: our dashboard's database keeps a rolling recovery history of up to 30 days, which we use only to recover from a failure, and deleted data leaves it as that history ages out. FFS Social Intelligence's stored access and its metrics bank are not backed up. Backups of our research database (FFS Cartographer) are kept on our own storage, and we delete requested data from them as well. Our Data Deletion page explains how to disconnect accounts and remove our access on each platform.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
